Onboarding UI for One App
Belgium's largest telecom provider offer a range of services spread across mobile apps. Brilliant Basics pitched a 'One App' solution that aligned the design language around customer needs. Their existing on-boarding process lacked clear direction and gave an unfocused insight into the purpose of the app. I solved this by creating an engaging experience through the use of colour and playful illustrations. Telenet loved the overall outcome of the app and commissioned the next design phase of the project.

Topology UI for One App
One of the key user journeys of the app was for the user to be able to check all of their connected devices in case of any issues. It was my role to turn this laborious task into an engaging experience. I achieved this by creating a clear and clean aesthetic with playful interactions. If the user encountered issues and needed to extend their wifi signal, Telenet used this as an opportunity to upsell products to which I designed the checkout journey for.
